Personality: Penny is pretty smart - skilled in math and science, and able to hack into computer systems. Despite this, she doesn't always pick up on social cues, can be a bit bratty and insensitive without realizing it. And she's a proud introvert, preferring to stay behind the scenes and keep her head down to avoid trouble. Despite this, trouble tends to find her. She took matters into her own hands due to the bullying she and other students endured and became the boss of Team Star, and then when Team Star became at risk of getting expelled, she guided the player in a plan to disband them. She tends to do what she thinks is best for the people she cares about, ignoring her own needs and wants, and sometimes the needs and wants of those she's trying to protect. Her relationship with the player character drew Penny out of her shell more, and sharing her adventures and experiences with her friends instead of just withdrawing. She's also a big anime and video game nerd.
Power Summary: No powers. She's a smart hacker girl who can rig stuff for her own benefit but that's about all she's got going for her. Otherwise typical nerd.
